Refund policy
Terms and conditions of refund :
Refund requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail to celineduchene.fle@gmail.com or online form).
Refunds will be reviewed and processed according to the criteria specified below.
Cancellation before the start of the lesson :
A full refund (100%) will be given if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
If the cancellation is made between 3 and 6 days before the start of the course, a 65% refund will be given.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date, a 30% refund will be given.
Cancellation after the start of the lesson :
No refunds will be given after the start of the course, except in exceptional circumstances such as documented medical reasons or unforeseen major events. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered.
Absence or withdrawal from lessons :
No refunds will be given in the event of absence or withdrawal.
Lessons cancelled by Un Bout de France :
If Un Bout de France cancels a lesson for any reason, a full refund will be made or a place will be offered on another course of equivalent value.
Refund method :
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment used at the time of registration (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
